Build a meaningful starting profile around the guest’s lifestyle, needs and goals.
From nature to science. From life to the future.
The journey begins with a question: how does a hotel become a health hotel?
GRS Longevity is a pioneering consultancy specialised in transforming hotels in Türkiye into health hotels, establishing Wellness Centres and Wellness Units within hotels, managing Wellness Licence processes and developing longevity-focused tourism investments.
The Wellness Regulation has opened a new investment field for tourism and healthcare. Healthy living, longevity, rehabilitation, preventive health and professional health services are now core value areas of the next-generation hospitality model—not only of healthcare institutions.
We set out with the vision of becoming the first specialised consultancy in the digital world focused on this transformation. We prepare existing hotels, new tourism investments and professionals who want to deliver health services within hotels for the health, wellness and longevity economy.
Transforming a hotel into a health hotel is not adding a new department, opening a Wellness Unit or purchasing equipment. A successful transformation requires defining the right product, positioning it for the right target market, preparing the physical and operational structure, obtaining the necessary permits and licences, and making the investment marketable internationally.
We manage the parts of the transformation not as independent services but within a single, complementary investment system.
We do not simply build a health or wellness area inside a hotel. We create a health hotel model that has a real response in international markets, complies with regulation and is commercially sustainable.
Hospitality transforms into the future
We redesign hospitality around meaningful health goals, personalised programmes and a guest relationship that continues beyond the stay.

Each step builds on the output of the previous one—a single investment system from analysis to sustainable growth.
Destination, physical structure, existing services, guest profile and investment capacity directly shape the model that can be created. That is why we start by understanding the real investment potential of the property rather than offering standard solutions.
If a Wellness Centre or Wellness Unit is planned, we assess how suitable the property is for this model, which areas need to be converted and how health services integrate with the operation. Our aim is not to change the property from top to bottom but to reveal opportunities while preserving its existing strengths and protecting the investment from unnecessary costs.
The right health hotel transformation starts with understanding what the property has today and what it can become tomorrow.
The real question is not the size of the building or the number of devices, but which health and wellness product will be created and in which market it will find demand. Architectural work, physical investment or technology purchases made before the product is defined can become costs with unmeasured commercial return.
A city hotel, thermal property, beach hotel, resort or boutique property cannot follow the same model. Accommodation, health services, professional advice, nutrition, physical activity, guest experience and follow-up are addressed within one value chain.
We first define the marketable product and the right target market, then structure every component of the investment around that decision.
The Wellness Regulation has started a new era for delivering health and wellness services in tourism properties within a defined system and legal framework. Licensing is not an administrative task to solve after the investment is complete; it is one of its core components.
Our goal is not only to obtain the Wellness Licence but to build a legal and operational structure that does not become fragile under staff changes, new services, capacity increases or inspections—and that is ready to grow.
We see the Wellness Licence not as a document to be obtained but as the foundation for operating a health hotel investment safely and sustainably.
A Wellness Licence and a quality service model are not enough on their own. The product must be presented in the right countries, to the right audience, in the right language. We make government support for health service exports part of the international growth strategy.
The same country, promotion method or sales channel is not right for every property. The target market is chosen according to the product, location, access, service capacity and competitive strength.
We create the right product, position it for the right market and plan the international growth infrastructure together.
What the guest buys is not only accommodation or a treatment—it is trust, continuity, professionalism and service standards. While the Wellness Licence establishes the legal base, quality and accreditation systems strengthen international credibility.
Our aim is not simply to obtain a certificate. We treat accreditation as a strategic value that strengthens the service culture of the health hotel brand and positions it more strongly in international partnerships.
We see the certificate not as the result but as the indicator of a quality system that builds international trust and competitiveness.
Guest expectations, health technologies, service models, regulation and demand in target countries change constantly. Our service model does not end when the licence is granted or the property opens.
GRS Longevity is not a provider that works only during the project or licensing phase; it is a strategic partner that monitors the property’s market position, products, international relations and growth opportunities. The health hotel becomes a living brand that learns, evolves and continuously increases its investment value.
Our aim is not only to open a health hotel but to build a sustainable brand that can grow internationally, adapt to change and prepare for the future.
The bridge between strategy and execution

Our role goes beyond recommendations: we help turn sound decisions into an executable investment system.
We address the property, service, compliance and commercial model together.
We translate recommendations into ownership, priorities and timelines.
We coordinate investors, operators, clinical teams and solution partners.
We analyse your property’s potential to become a health hotel and structure the right product, the right target market, the appropriate Wellness Centre or Wellness Unit model, the Wellness Licence, international marketing infrastructure and a sustainable growth plan within one transformation system.
We aim not only for the investment to be physically completed or licensed, but for it to find real demand in national and international markets.
Explore solution areasIf you are a physician, physiotherapist, dietitian, psychologist or health professional who wants to create your own service area within a hotel, we plan together how your service integrates with the hotel, the physical space required, the partnership model, the legal framework and your positioning in the target market.
Your professional expertise becomes not just a practice area but a sustainable business model where tourism and health services create value together.
